Reviews:
Five points out of five!
This was another of these bands I´d not heard of but picked up on a whim, I´m glad I did. If you are a fan of Keyboards you really got to hear this album.
This is a very dence
complex album, which really requires a lot of listening. Every time you hear it you´ll come across something you missed the time before. There are pieces of jazz, funk and folk mixed with real progressive keyboards. We´re back to the Emerson/Wakeman style keyboards again.
I can´t recommend it enough.
Progplanet 2006
On this symphonic rock album the music is even more crossover and groundbreaking than on earlier PLP albums, an exprimental variation of progrock which includes both Baroque music as well as romantic sacred music. Pär´s virtuoso runs on the Hammondorgan reminds that of Keith Emerson´s but it is obvious that he wants to do so much more than fall into an nostalgical genre on this current album.
Pär´s new music is filled to the brim with powerful melodies, strong musicianship and magical shifts between diffrent musical styles.
Pär is an virtuosic wizard of the keyboards.
Uppsala Nya Tidning
Not many musicians can do what Pär has achived on this album. He has perfectly mixed classical music with rock music and made an extremly strong album that even the ELP members would be proud of.
